What we cover

One trade partner for the full electrical scope on your job:

• New-build electrical fit-out, from sub-board through to final fix, on standard spec and design-build homes

We can quote a standard spec electrical package or take on the more complex design-build side of a job, such as network requirements, switchboard design, cable and duct calculations, and lighting and controls, where a standard subbie would hand it back.

We aim to turn around every quote within five working days of receiving plans and specification, since a slow quote costs a builder programme time.

Every job is left labelled, documented and handed over properly, so your site team, your other trades and the homeowner can all follow what was done without having to call us first. That includes as-builts, DB legends and clear documentation on anything non-standard.

Safety and compliance are treated as an absolute line, not a cost trade-off.

Single point of contact throughout the build, from quote to final inspection, so there is one person accountable for the electrical scope on your job.

Recent projects

2 St Martins Road, St Martins. Five two-bedroom homes for Habitus Group, built by DPF Construction and completed January 2025. Full electrical fit-out across the units, including EV chargers, security systems, PIN code entry and the built-in heat pumps. The homes are SIPS panel construction, so services have to be right before the panels go up. We worked the rough-in off the drawings rather than sorting it on site.

102 Colombo Street, Beckenham. Six homes across one, two and three bedrooms for Habitus Group, built by DPF Construction and completed December 2025. Every unit has an EV charger, security system, PIN code entry and a built-in heat pump, so the scope ran well past a standard residential fit-out. SIPS construction again, with the same need to get it right the first time.

• EWRB registered electrician (Marco Bosgra), Master Electrician
• ECANZ member, backed by a $20,000 Master Electricians workmanship guarantee on residential work
• All work carried out to AS/NZS 3000 and the relevant cabling and network standards
• Public liability insurance, certificate available on request

How we work with builders

1. Quote within five working days of receiving plans and specification, or sooner for a straightforward standard-spec job
2. One quoted price, section by section (rough-in, fit-off, any provisional items), so there is no ambiguity for your QS or PM
3. Direct communication with your site manager or PM, not a call centre
4. Documented handover on every job: as-builts, DB legend, and a clear explanation of anything non-standard
5. Variations and site issues flagged early, in writing, rather than after the fact

Capacity and coverage

Team of five, based in Christchurch and covering Canterbury including Rolleston, Rangiora, West Melton, Lincoln and the wider metro area. We are not set up to run twenty concurrent sites. We are set up to be the trade partner who turns quotes around fast, does not drop the ball on a live site, and takes on the harder design-build electrical that a standard spec subbie will not touch.
